Babies^* aged 0 to 2 years only need to pay a $5,000 COP insurance fee. The children's rate^‡ applies to guests from 3 to 11 years old, and the adult category^† is for guests 12 years and older. The Day Pass plan includes a welcome cocktail and allows guests to use 50% of the paid amount on any hotel service, providing flexibility for guests to choose where to spend it. The rates of $100,000 COP for adults^† and $70,000 COP for children^‡ apply on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, while rates of $70,000 COP for adults^† and $50,000 COP for children^‡ apply from Monday to Friday (except holidays).

Any rescheduling or changes to your reservation must be notified at least 12 hours in advance by sending an email to reservas@haciendaisabela.com. You may reschedule for another day, considering that if you have paid the weekday rate, you will only be able to reschedule for another weekday. If you wish to change your reservation to a weekend, you will need to pay the difference upon entry. If you have paid the weekend rate and decide to attend on a weekday, the difference between the rates will be consumable in hotel services.

If you do not show up on the reserved day without prior notice, we regret that we will not be able to offer a rescheduling, and the amount paid will be non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
